Survivors Gameplay

Survivors can move in three differents ways: running, walking and crawling. Every survivor have an item (with exception of Lucky Guy) and can open chests in the map to obtain another one, but they can carry only 1 item. The survivors can decode the Cipher Machines, vaulting windows, drop the pallets and vault them. A survivor can drop and stun the Hunter with the pallet. Survivors can heal damaged and incapicitated survivors and save survivors who are trapped on Rocket Chairs or in Soul Weaver‘s cocoon web. However, survivors need to decode regularly. If a survivor stays a certain time without decoding, crowls will appear above it and your location will be show for the hunter.

When the Hunter is close to the survivor, the survivor’s hear start to beat faster. The closest the hunter are, faster and stronger will be the heartbeat. Survivor will be damaged if get hit by the Hunter 1 time and will be incapacitated if get hit by the Hunter 2 times or if it receives a Terror Shock, a double damage that happens when the Hunter hits the survivors while he is interacting with someting, like: healing other survivors, decoding cipher machines and vaulting pallets and windows. When put in a rocket chair, survivor can be saved by other survivors, but it’ll be sent back to the manor if the cooldown ends or if have been placed in a Rocket Chair three times.

Survivor can interact with some Hunter’s ability, like dismantling Hell Ember‘s puppets, staring Geisha to stop her dash, dismantle Feaster‘s tentacles, enter in Photographer‘s Camera World and using the Mad Eyes‘s machine.

Violent Struggle

In the Pack Hunter mode, there are 8 survivors against 2 hunters. In this mode, survivors can carry 2 itens, getting them by the chests or by telephones through the map, and need 3 hits to be incapacitated.
